I really like the website Allrecipes, have you tired it? If you haven't, I recommend it because I have found a lot of healthy and delicious recipes on this site. I'll try to feature the website and link to each recipe if I find them on a site so you can check it out too.

I haven't tried this delicious sounding recipe yet, but the next time I am at the store I plan on buying what's needed to make it. It sounds wonderful anytime of the year, but especially delicious on a hot summer day and if you like kale.

·         1/4 cup raw almonds
  2 oranges, juiced
·         2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
·         6 large chunks fresh pineapple
·         4 leaves curly green kale, finely chopped
·         1 apple, chopped into chunks
·         1 cup red grapes, whole or sliced
·         1 cup fresh mango, chunks
Combine the first 4 ingredients in a high-powered blender.

Toss the dressing with the remaining salad ingredients. You should dress it lightly at first and go by taste as to how much dressing you prefer.

Now I have tried this reservation and it's delicious, especially if you like a sweet flavor mingled with garlic.
